Deanne is an Iowa native. Deanne attended the University of Iowa for two years before realizing her passion for travel and graduated from the American College of Travel in 1988. She began her career as a leisure travel consultant but quickly transitioned into corporate travel. Prior to joining AFS in 2016, Deanne worked in multiple roles as an on-site corporate travel consultant, as well as group sales.
Deanne lived in Tulsa, OK for fifteen years, but returned to Des Moines in 2012 with her husband and two teenage children. Deanne cherishes spending time with family and friends.
In her free time: You’ll find her cheering on her children at their sporting events and extra-curricular activities, bike riding and travelling whenever possible.
