Program Registration:

  • Necessary for every group as it provides AFS with important program details. Once AFS receives this completed form, the group set up process can begin. 

iBank

  • AFS reporting product. iBank allows us to provide the information you need, when you need it and in the format you prefer. Our standardized reporting system was created to meet the needs of our clients, and continues to be developed and refined as necessary.

FlightStats Attendant

  • FlightStats Attendant is a web based tracking system that monitors the real-time status of entire groups on days of travel. FlightStats Attendant gathers live data feeds from over eighty independent sources worldwide.

Airfare Budget Tools

The Block Space Authorization Form

  • This form must be completed upon acceptance of a Block Space Agreement with the airlines.

Charter Request

  • For customized air service for your group, AFS can secure private charter.
